O/K, so use the data from others who still have the raw data 
upon which the models projected the trends, and chose 
someone with more current technology and knowledge.  The 
underlying data in research can be volumes and often must be 
washed to eliminate error.  Take a look a the Gravity Probe 
B project.  The Gravity Probe B project has been cleaning up 
their raw data for years to eliminate errors that creep into 
their experiments.
