I've been using them for many years now for my business. It's a good service where the price of the service has never increased over the years. The taxes, however have gone up and up and up and up.
They also haven't increased their features either. It'd be really nice to have the feature to block certain (automated) callers, or configure certain (automated) callers to drop straight into voice mail. That'd be worth some money for me right there! Overall the service has been really good. The simultaneous ring is great where it rings my office phone and my cell phone at the same time. Very cool if the Internet goes down, I just turn on my cell phone.
