I setup a build action in Kinook's Visual Build Professional tool. The purchasing was done by someone else. There are a couple of tools available on the internet for signing exes. A good write up of how and why is at http://www.wiscocomputing.com/articles/code-signing.htm. At the bottom of that page is mention of a $49 tool and digital key reseller.
