Rafael:

Maybe a command prompt as administrator will work.
Frequently use it on Windows 7 to register DLLs with
Regsvr32 otherwise have the same message you are
receiving and it won't work.

Try this:

Create a new shortcut on your desktop and enter CMD as
File location then click next and Finish.  Right click on the
new CMD icon and select properties, advance, Click
Run as administrator and Ok.

Then delete your files running this newly created command
prompt.
