Concerns with the Bush Administration, just to name a few:

1) I never understood the justification for the war with
Iraq. Even if Iraq had WMD, they were no threat to America.

2) The Secrecy of the Bush presidency worried me. Later it
became clear President Bush had created his own secret
government within the larger federal government.

3) The push by President Bush for the Patriot Act, which
trumped the USA Constitution and Bill of Rights.

4) The establishment of a penal system outside the USA,
where prisoner could be tortured. The USA has perfectly
good local, state, and Federal penal system, so why was it
necessary to put people classified as enemy combatant into a
military penal system outside the USA.

5) Packing of the court with theocratic, and often
unqualified, judges, including appointment by President Bush
of his personal corporate attorney to the Supreme Court.
LOL Luckily, Attorney Myers was not confirmed.

6) The USA Constitution and Bill of Rights is all about
protect the rights and freedom of the American people. The
Bush Administration pushed for two amendments to the
Constitution that took away rights and freedoms of certain
classes of Americans.

7) Under President Bush, the Justice Department was
reshaped into a arm of the executive branch.

8) The push by President Bush to establish the executive
office as a unitary branch of government having greater
powers than either the Legislative or Judicial branches,
thus circumventing the check and balance built into our
system of government.

9) The blurring of the line between the church's and the
state's role in governing the country, and the empowerment
of the church to influence government and gain power to
administer moral laws.

10) Appointments of neoconservative to key positions within
the Bush Administration and the appointment of controversial
people like John Negroponte. The Neoconservative may have
had closer allegiances to Israel than to the USA.
