Ok, let's repeat it.
If you are against govt regulation, and considering private property is 
one of the major regulations a state will do, then you should be in 
favour of *eliminating* that regulation.
Now that does not mean *replacing* it with yet another regulation (that 
the state owns the property)  but simply making it disappear.
After all the *concept* of property is not a natural one, it is enforced 
by society, what's more, there have been societies where the concept of 
property does not exist.
Now I know it's hard for you. But, could you make a big effort and try 
to imagine that?
