Are these the same "senior intelligence leaders" who released the WMD's 
reports?
Good! They are trustworthy!

Besides which, saying "senior intelligence leaders" is just like saying 
"I heard it somewhere". They are not named, the info cannot be checked 
for truthfulness, the "leadership" of these "senior intelligence" can 
not be confirmed.... NOT ENOUGH PROOF!
Give me the proof!!!
