Hey! As an "approaching-old-fart' status, I think it is a *great* idea. 
About time we spend-thrift boomers got to take another ride on their 
dime. While we're at it, let's add a rap/hip-hop surcharge to the health 
insurance of any of the idiots listening to that crap!
