I was able to look at the referenced site as I test a VPN out of here.

Your site had a link back to the actual article:

"Analysts polled by Reuters had expected new home sales to increase to
a 370,000 unit annual pace from November's previously reported 355,000
units."

I believe that the end of the home buying credits ended in Nov. didn't
they?  That could be the real reason the target was high by 15,000.
Maybe buyers are finding that better foreclosures are now available so
pick up on the steals !

Not looking to buy or relocate now so I have no idea.

The rest of his rant was well just a rant with no evidence behind his
frothing mouth.
