How do you go after new business?  It may be that the decision makers
for your niche client are identifying their support people via on line
ads and Google searches.

You may be in the word of mouth area at this time and have exhausted
that group of people when it comes to NEW leads?  Much like the Amway
rep.

Do you wait for people to call or do you get on the phone and attempt
to cold call in an effort of breaking into new markets?
