I use Blat in my apps. Well, actually, my clients use my apps, and it has modules that use Blat functionality. I've come across 2 problems 1 The client may not have an email address, yet still wants to send emails from my app 2 The ISP does not permit/blocks the emails With problem 1 I simply instruct the system to "smtp.myownisp.com" and " [email protected] I can actually do the same to overcome issue 2 Another way is to create a gmail address for both instances above.
