The first thing I'd say about that is are 'they' confusing it with
SQLite ?

Secondly, I wouldn't think FireBird would compete with SQL Server /
MySQL / PostgreSQL with GB data sets and hundreds of users but I would
imagine 15 wouldn't be a problem for a few GB of database providing they
weren't all hammering it 24/7.
