Yes - you read correctly! 85$! But, as the old saying goes - you get
what you pay for.
Still this looks interesting. I just ZDNet's newest Tech Update with
this article about a Coby Smartbook. I was curious to know if anyone
else here get's these ZDNet Tech Updates?
But, more importantly - I was curious what others think about this! I
might get one for the heck of it. Although, I wonder if one can do VFP
programming on there - being its Windows CE. Some on the ZDNet site
suggest getting it for thier kids. But, even my 8-year old would not be
happy - since the storage is small (2GB Flash) - and web browsing
limited (No Flash, Java, Shockwave). But, still at that price - maybe
just check e-mail from the road (it has some WiFi) and do minor text
documents (like business planning and stuff).
