Malware Bytes, but make sure you get the right one as there spoofing that now. Go to safe mode and run it and it usually clears it out. Occasionally they alter the registry so that you can't get into Malware Bytes, Task manager, Regedit etc even in safe mode. I usually pull the hard disk and attach it to another computer and run from there.
