Charles, We have several Brother HL-2170W laser printers. Most of these we picked up on sale for about $100.
I couldn't be happier with these printers: 23 pages minute, "enhanced" 1200x1200 DPI (Brother claims the output actually looks 2400x2400), cheap toner (about $50 for several thousand pages). Comes with a starter cartridge that gives you about 500-1000 pages. Network ready (cable or wireless). Low impact printer drivers. Highly recommended! (from a guy who has dozens of inkjets sitting in his basement).
