Ok, I've been threatening to do this for years, but for various reasons i never did it. my acer aspire 5670 laptop has been crashing lately, giving me a blue screen when it does. took the restore cd a few minutes ago and attempted a restore and apparently the cd is bad, so I now find myself with a dead machine and not a legal copy of windows in the house. Question is: What version of linux do I want to install so I can play in Ed's sandbox with dabo, python, etc..?
