Shortly there will be an unconstitutional "deem and pass" vote in the House. The Dems will pass the health care bill. There will be a Supreme Court challenge, but several of the Supreme Court conservatives will die under mysterious circumstances. They will be replaced by Maoists and the bill will be found Constitutional.
