Even if the bank says the check looks good, never ship anything after getting a 
foreign check for at least 4 weeks.  It takes that long to clear.  This scam 
has been going on in the t-shirt business for years.

They ask you how much would it be for 100 t-shirts.  You quote them a price.  
They send you $500 more than you asked for by check.  You being honest, wire 
them the $500 plus send the t-shirts.  4 weeks later your bank sends you an 
insufficient funds letter and you're out $500 in cash and 100 t-shirts.

Never send anything overseas unless they send you AMERICAN CASH.  PayPal will 
not protect you because there is no signature mechanism for overseas shipments.
