If they're potentially discussing confidential business information (and executives have a tendency to let that kind of thing slip), you'll want to host it on an intranet box so access from the outside world can be blocked. Otherwise, HIPAA, SOX and other violations could raise their ugly heads. Of course, you should anticipate that in-house users will cut and paste the most egregious postings to http://www.stupidmemos.com/, so have a take-down plan in place. This is a great opportunity to get a LAMP box inhouse and get some experience on it, if that's your interest.
