thats a nice tool there.
wasn't familiar with it..
you'll probably have to create a cursor first to get your totals and 
then anything that is less then 5% of the largest category would 
probably need to be totalled in another cursor and then generate your chart.

At least that is how I do it by hand when I'm charting things for 
KeepAmericaAtWork
