OK. You could include leading/trailing blanks in your search string (i.e. [ SES 
]) but that wouldn't help it it's the first word. Or as Tracy suggested, regex 
is an excellent way to go although I'd use Craig Boyd's most excellent Regexp 
library instead of the COM control.

Because of this scenario:
STRTRAN("SES SENSES READING","SES","*")

That would replace part of the other word with "SES" in it.  I only want 
to do this for whole words in the sentence.
