It seems to me that there must be some public domain collection of translated strings that could be searched for 1:1 or fuzzy translations for strings commonly used in software applications? Is there a technical and copyright friendly (LGPL licensed?) way to query services like Google's Translator Toolkit, LaunchPad, Mygengo, etc. to find translations for common strings?
I've tried to google this topic without success. public domain po (translation|translations) Thanks, Malcolm --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html --- _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
