I recommended PCTools Threatfire because we have it on at least one server. It 
is anti-virus and spyware protection. You
can schedule full system scans.

However, we use Avast on most servers so I would probably select it over the 
others. We have no experience with Comodo.

Worth a try:
Avast
Comodo

Not going to bother with:
ClamWin - no real time scanner, manual scan only
MSE - does not work on Server
PCTools Threatfire - not really an antivirus, something extra which
sits on top of traditional antivirus.
