Let's see. Lard face here does know zit about organization, government, parties, ministers, and the delegation of power. His image of government is gen. Patton posing for the photographers with his gun up high yelling "follow me". He thinks government is managed by a "leader" (that would be a "fuhrer" wouldn't it? Or a "Duce"?). He does not know that govt management is largely done by non elective long time hired professionals who follow long time directives. No, to him it's a fuhrer who commands his people and "gets the job done". He has this other fantasy, he thinks that with the proper fuhrer there is no "impossible", the oilspill should be fixed in three days, period. If the fuhrer is right and "with experience" then he will "instill" the engineers with the proper "spirit". I mean, the engineers who are trying to fix this will not be able to work properly by themselves, all their years of study and experience mean nothing without a "leader", it's the "leader" who will point them in the right direction (of course it does not matter if the "leader" knows shit about engineering, the "leader" will magically "lead" them).
