OK, I do appreciate the quick responce, but I'm not THAT feeble!  :-) 
There is no view option on my screen.  Don't know why it's not there, 
but that's the first thing I looked for.

Luckily, panic suggested a different set of Google search words, and I 
found this bizarre little snippet, which solved the problem.  Didn't 
seem to matter WHAT you changed the setting too, as long as you changed 
the setting.(Weird!)  Thanks, anyway, Kurt.

SYMPTOMS
When you open Help and Support in Windows Millennium Edition, you may 
find that the font size is too small to read.

CAUSE
This may occur if the Text Size setting in Microsoft Internet Explorer 
has been changed to Smaller or Smallest.

Open Internet Explorer, select Text Size from the View menu, and change 
the setting to Medium, or Large. You must close and restart Help and 
Support for the change to take effect.
