Today, before Medvedev, after carefully reinforcing every stupid European stereotype by taking him to a greasy burger joint (a fact Medvedev delighting in commenting upon), Obama consigned America to 2nd rate economic status with a matter-of-fact declaration of our final decline as if his nuclear-explosive spending policies of the last 2 fiscal years had nothing to do with the problem. He's all too jolly to cut us down to size because of (2). But he sho do luv dem perks of the office, like flying around Air Force One on milltion-dollar date-nights with Michelle, 5,000 rounds of golf, and partying hearty with Hollywood elites at his more-than-once-a-week soirees and shindigs, a manifestation of (2).
