I'll elaborate further: his insane moratorium on offshore drilling,
rabid pursuit of cap-and-trade, utterly inexplicable support for that
awful, neither-fish-nor-foul spendorama known as ObamaCare, and other
whack-job economic policies based on syphoning trillions of borrowed
money into the hands of political cronies belie a deep desire to
bankrupt us as quickly as possible. He's doing nothing to encourage
capital investment... indeed, his Chavez-esque inclination to
nationalize everything that manages to get a page 1 headline on the
NYT is scaring capital away.

This is not an administration but a regime, after the manner of banana
republics.
