Hello, I have a client that has been going along great for the last 10 years. He is now ready to explode.
We are pushing the 2 gig limit now on the client table and he wants to add tons more. What do you recommend to solve the table size limit problem ? I know the answer is probably SQL server but I have never programmed to access SQL. I am guessing that this is going to be a huge job to covert the app from DBF files to SQL server. Has anyone converted an app from DBF to SQL access ? Do I have to convert all the tables from DBF to SQL or can I just convert the client table and maybe a few others like transactions and payments ? I wish I had used business classes, it would have been much easier ...
