Can you show me an example of a SP for the header table and one for the 
details table?

What about CA's?
Should I replace them for regular cursors to be saved via the SP?

I developed all my code after reading the book

but when they wrote the book, CA's did not exist, they were talking 
about views. But then I know that a cursor adapter is a wrapper for a view

So what gives? I am very confused with this
