I do robocalls for political campaigns. I have 8 phone lines that can
deliver about 15,000 calls a day, if the message is kept to 15 seconds or
less. Octopus is the name of the system. Mine is using analog lines, but
they now have the ability to do voip, I think. They are based out of Texas
and are very helpful. I think they also make a product called Bigmouth.

Depending on your volume (these boxen (autodilaers) can come in BIG
versions and cost hundres of grand) you might look at the Asteriks (sp)
product. It's a highly configurable PBX system, open source etc., that
might do this...
