The switches seem to work fine, the routers have had all kinds of problems, 
from EPROMS that get destroyed to certain functions of the box, like DGCP 
server, that stop working and require a reboot.  It's tough to troubleshoot 
when all the workstations have internet access and one can't get on the net and 
then you realize the routing function is working but the DHCP server isn't.
