We all know you've become a One True Believer. ;) I've moved two of my clients, as well as a number of domains I manage myself, to Google Apps, and I've been really pleased with the way they've worked. One client went for Google Apps and Google Sites for the simple web site they maintain, and they're able to post pictures, link to videos, and keep the site up and running. Another client went for the full-blown paid Google Apps Premier, and use the Google Sync tools to sync to local Outlook via MAPI (Yes, MAPI Bad, but they didn't want to hear it) and sync their Crackberries to their mail, calendar, contacts, etc. The Premier version is $50/year/mailbox, while the basic Apps is free. The accounts appear to be spam-free, and they're practically maintenance-free. I use a Google mail account for my many mailing lists, just to keep the stuff from filling my hard drive, and just use the web interface and the labeling functionality to sort out the lists, while I use another domain altogether for business correspondence. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
