I use Dropbox, and routinely send files well over 25MB to it.  The only 
restriction I'm aware of is the 2.5GB limit for the free account.

That having been said, although I love my Dropbox account, and use it 
daily, I don't think it would be the best thing for a backup/restore. 
You'd have to manually send the backup files up, and manually select and 
pull them down if you need them.  If you only have 1 or two folder, then 
that may be worth it.  (And having said *THAT*, I must confess that that 
is exactly how I use it to backup - job zips up source code(s) into a 
folder, and automatically copies them to dropbox)
