It is not a problem with a report, this is just a regular form that I use to
preview TXT reports.

It is called from many places in the app to preview text strings.

The problem is the preview form is modeless but the calling form is modal.

Works fine in SP1 but not in SP2

This is really a killer for me since I can not use SP2 on this app without
huge changes to change all modal forms to modeless.

I remember reading something about the toolbar not working right, not sure
if it is part of the same issue.
http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFP9SP2BugList has something about it

If you are not using a reportlistener, you can try Set REPORTBEHAVIOR = 80
and see if that helps.

Subject: VFP9 SP2 problem

Hello,

I recently upgraded my VFP9 to SP2.

I am working on a large app that used modal forms. I have created a report
preview form that is modeless and opens "As a Top Level" form maximized.

This worked great with VFP9 SP1 but with SP2 the report preview form does
not get focus.

There is definatly a difference between SP1 and SP2.

SP2 is probably correct in that the focus should not be shifted from a modal
form to a modeless form but this worked great in SP1.

Do you think this is a bug in SP2 ?

Thanks,
Kent
