There were several bugs in the original release of SP2 for VFP 9,
so it is necessary to load several hotfixes after installing it. Here

1. The original SP2 (07/10/12) had a bad splash screen.
2. The original Hotfix 3 (09/04/02) was missing VFP9T.DLL.
