Do you REALLY want to stop all port traffic for everybody?? I know on my own router at home that there are settings for QoS (or whatever) that will email log files - maybe you could just fwd those to Mr. Big and let him decide what to do about it or enforce it. I have a lot of legit reasons to be on the web at work and if I got blocked I couldn't do my job. One trick I did once was tell everyone we were having latency problems and to try and track it down I'd start logging all web traffic... bandwidth usage dropped about 90% in 15 minutes.... <g> and of course I never bothered with the logs....
