Why would Microsoft sue them? If they were a software company with a
database product then maybe. 

I've seen a van for a cleaning company around here a few years back,
with 'Fox' in the name (could have been the guy's surname or something)
and the logo was the fox head graphic straight off the FoxPro for
Windows box.
