Judge Henry E. Hudson, who owns a material interest in a GOP political consulting firm that worked against health care reform, would have shown better judgment to have recused himself from hearing the case. Considering all the misinformation circulated around by the GOP during the debate over Universal Health Care, including claims the Democrats were planning to legislate death panels, LMAO, I'm not surprised. Money talks, and wealthy Republicans and their corporations have plenty. It's looking more like the Country is being run by the "Skull and Bones" than the American people.
