Judge Henry E. Hudson, who owns a material interest in a GOP political consulting firm, that worked against health care reform would have show better judgment to have recused himself from hearing the case. Considering all the misinformation circulated by the GOP during the debate over Universal Health Care, including claims that the Democratic were planning to legislate death panels, LMAO, I'm not surprised. Money talks, and wealthy Republicans and Republican run Corporations have plenty of money. It's looking more and more like the Country is once again being run by "Skull and Bones", who are really calling all the shot behind the scenes.
