Hahahahahaha!!!!! Warez! Yes. Very familiar with the term. The term has
been around since the late 80's and was more prominent in the Commodore
crowd which I was a big part of. Warez in those dayz was something you
would start as a download on your 1200 baud, or if you were lucky, a 2400
baud modem and went to dinner. The filez ranged in size from 1/2 meg to
1MB. After dinner you'd come back to check if the download was finished.
At nights you would queue some of the larger downloadz (maybe 1MB or more in
size), get them started and go to bed in hopes that the transfer went well
over night.

It was also the dayz of the Punter download protocol. Anyone remember that?
It did the job and was very reliable.

Enough reminiscing. Gotta find some k-rad warez to download.

L8r dudez!
