I don't know if there is more to follow, but the Washington Post sent a
reporter to do a ride along with me a few weeks ago. They published an 8
page story(website) today and my stuff took up a couple of pages of the

I was afraid they were going to tar and feather us for doing so well at
driving the crime rate down 26% since 2006. The story raises some concerns
about big brother, which I think is fair, but it also should let people know
we aren't really doing big brother stuff. We are only automating stuff we've
done for years, and maybe tweaking it here and there.
