For clarity:

You *can* run FoxPro for DOS and FoxPro for Windows on Windows 7 32-bit,
any flavour (Home, Pro etc.)
You *cannot* run them (or any other 16-bit software) on Windows 7
64-bit, any flavour.

However, if you have Windows 7 64-bit Professional or Ultimate you can
download XP Mode. This lets you use a 32-bit virtual Windows XP that is
more or less seamlessly integrated into Windows 7. You can run the
16-bit Foxen under that.

It used to be the case that your CPU also needed to support hardware
virtualisation for XP Mode to work, however a recent update has changed
that.
