OK - agreed - my suggestion won't work to get access to MANY E-mails. But, here - this SHOULD work - I just tested it!
As before, I started an e-mail, and I selected the Grouping that I had created a while back. Next - I hit Right-Click on that Grouping - and then selected Properties. Once I had that Distribution List window - I saw that all the people and their e-mail addresses were listed. So - now you have the BATCH of e-mails displayed in front of you. However, I figured you meant to grab that stuff and use it. So - I went up to File, hit Save As, and selected to save it out to an RTF file. I then opened that RTFM file (just a little joke there) - and - Voila - the list of names AND the full e-mail addresses! Hopefully this DOES Help this time around! :-) -K- -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jarvis, Matthew Sent: Wednesday, January 26, 2011 4:34 PM > -----Original Message----- > On Behalf Of Kurt Wendt > Sent: Wednesday, January 26, 2011 1:24 PM > > Hey there Matthew, > I hope this helps. > I just started an e-mail, and I have 2003 as well, and I selected this > Grouping that I had created a while back. If I hit the plus sign, and I can do that too... That would work great if it wasn't for the fact there are 247 people in this list.... <g> Plus this isn't the only list I have to deal with... I was looking more for a cut/paste solution....
