Hey Matthew, Sorry to hear this problem still persists for you. Yes, I must admit - the List I was working with was one of my Own in my own Contacts - not from the Global Addr List.
Although, I am surprised that after you copy the List to your Local Contacts - that it still won't let you get to the contents. I guess its being controlled at the Exchange level. My Distribution list is at the Exchange level i.e. Global Address List, whereas if I save it to my own local Contacts list - THEN I see "Distribution List" at the top of the screen and can do a SaveAs... BUT - all it gives me is the master list name - not the contents of each member i.e. names/emails. This sucks...
