Met him at my first Dev Con.  Great guy.  i remember him making the
first Foxpro framework and being a part of the buy in group of 4 and
testing of it here with the Memphis FPUG.  John Harvey and myself are
probably the only living of that group today.

I will toast to all of those guys and gals lost over the years.
