As I was reading your reply I was thinking to myself I should also mention to Toolbar thing but I see you got that in there... Toolbars (google, ask, yahoo, Joe Blow whatever) get installed around here all the time and for whatever reason wreak havoc on a lot of the apps our users run.... it's so bad that it's the first thing we look for after a machine reboot when troubleshooting...
