Completely agree with you, Ed.  My former coworker and I when at our 
last gig wanted to do "early and often" releases to get things done and 
out there much quicker, but the mgmt at the old gig is completely 
unknowing of how good software design process should work.  As a result, 
he and I have moved onto much better avenues, while they still continue 
to struggle. ID10TS.
