True, but we still had/have no business intervening if we're not going 
to finish the job.  Either replace Kadaffi (sp) or never start.  Sounds 
like the rebels are losing and then what will our efforts/$$$$ been for? 
  Nothing but a waste.  Prevent genocide, yes, but why can't we get 
their arab neighbors to either do the job or allow those people to leave 
the country.

Let's apply that to World War II Germany:  should we allow Hitler to gas 
the Jews?  No, of course not.  But where do you draw the line?  It's not 
an easy answer.

I'm just saying that if we help the Libyans out, we need to help 
everybody else out too.  And we just can't afford to do that.  So 
where/how do you decide when/how to help?  I'm all for humanitarian aid 
(medical supplies, etc.) but I don't like our military being used so 
often it seems anymore.

I don't know...I hate our involvement over there probably moreso because 
we're so broke and are over-extending ourselves in so many ways while we 
have so many problems here at home that don't seemingly get addressed.
