As a shamed Minnesotan, I say you can *have* Jesse. He was the joke candidate all of the boys voted for to be junior high Class President. In office, he was paranoid, delusional and (worst of all) ineffective. He *never* made a mistake, just ask him. Now he is certainly insane. Schwarzenegger is a genius by comparison.
