I did the same thing once doing penetration testing where I used to work (while still working there, I should add <g>)... My results were even better - it took all of about 40 seconds to get the WEP key... Also had access to a couple in house WPA systems and even knowing the password I couldn't "crack" it unless I added the whole thing to the dictionary. I let it run for days trying to intercept packets to no avail...
